Is it possible to rent by the hour at a self-drive rate?
Similar to the rental of modern vehicles from the large car rental companies, our vehicles are generally only rented out on a daily basis.
How much lead time do I have to plan for a short-term rental?
A binding booking is possible up to at least 1 day before the start of the rental if the availability of the respective vehicle has been checked. The rent must then be paid on site in cash.
Is it possible to view the entire fleet of vehicles on site?
Our vehicles are stored decentrally. However, we can show you the special vehicles by prior appointment.
Is a non-binding reservation possible?
So-called "reservations or options" are generally not possible due to negative experience and organizational reasons. Only binding bookings can be accepted if availability has been checked. A legally binding booking comes about with the written acceptance of the offer or with a written booking order. The rental agreement issued later only serves to fix the details of the booking again.
